Warranty exclusions
While your warranty includes most elements, certain aspects cannot be covered including:
- Garden landscaping
- Fences
- Carpets and floor coverings
- Registered Social Landlord Homes
- Wear and tear
- Failure to maintain
- Your own alterations
- Wilful damage
